Pilot Iroshizuku Autumn Inks

The latest three Iroshizuku inks, Fuyu-Gaki, Tsukushi, and Yama-Guri, plus a couple of comparisons to show which way the ink colour shifts.

  1. I love the colour of the Tsukushi ink, I might have to try and get me some of that. Thanks for posting the comparisons - very nice! :)

  2. Tsukushi is a really lovely ink! The color does shift a little more toward red-brown than my image indicates.

  3. Now that I've tested all three, Tsukushi is the standout for color but Yama-Guri has amazing flow. Fuyu-Gaki is scary bright just like the Blogger logo. Hey, isn't it the same orange?!

  4. I'm glad you like Tsukushi! It is delightful. :)

If you try Fuyu-Gaki in a dry writer, you'll get a less scary salmon-like colour which is still pretty pleasing... :)

  5. Laurel, where do you get your Iroshizuku from? I've some friends going to Japan soon, but it'd be nice to have a supplier somewhere in Australia.
